As an entertainment finance head at both a major studio and major independent production companies, as well as the head of independents at a major entertainment payroll company, David has a long reputation of raising awareness of non-entertainment tax credits to the media and entertainment companies. 

Early successes at many media and entertainment companies with non-production credits include the CA Enterprise Zone tax credit where David leveraged his relationship with Tax Credit Co., subsequently acquired by Experian, to assist many studios and independents to take advantage of the CA EZ.

As Head of Independents at Cast & Crew, where David also oversaw production incentive programs and incentive lending, David oversaw the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) efforts for the company, and as an Employer of Record, assisting independent production and media companies in taking advantage of the ERC program.

With the great delays in IRS processing of ERC payments, and his extensive knowledge and relationships related to the ERC program, David, now the Managing Director at Realiser is assisting ERC recipients with monetizing their ERC credits.
