Matt O’Laughlin - CEO

Matt has worked for the last 29 years in various corporate tax and tax advisory positions. For the last 17 years, Matt has served as the lead tax executive for two fortune 500 companies. Prior, Matt worked for the international accounting firm, Arthur Andersen, as a member of the International Tax consulting group based out of New York City. Matt has a broad based tax background with experience related to corporate and individual tax. Matt is a CPA and has a B.A. in Business Administration - with an Accounting concentration, as well as a Masters in Professional Accounting with a concentration in Taxation from the University of Washington.

Brian Brager - Principal

For nearly 20 years, Brian has been involved in various roles in bankruptcy claims trading. In 2017, Brian launched Bradford Capital Holdings, which is a catalyst-driven fund that looks to provide consistent market neutral positive returns through investing in bankruptcy claims. Prior to the bankruptcy claims business, Brian spent over 5 years working at Tax Credit Co. helping companies obtain various tax credits. Given that there are many companies in bankruptcy reorganization or liquidation that have not taken advantage of the Employee Retention Credit (ERC), which is a valuable asset available to benefit creditors, Brian is using his expertise in the bankruptcy arena to help debtors capture this credit.
